I have heavy growth of klebsiella pneumoniae in my sputum culture but it is sensitive to almost all the antibiotics, i have been prescribed ceftum 500 x2 daily, how long it will take to get clear up? chest xray is fine, no symptoms apart frm cough .?

Could be sooner but might be ten days to two weeks. Any other symptoms? A cephalosporin is a common treatment for uncomplicated community acquired respiratory infection
