Venous congestion: the same as any person who has no diabetes or coronary artery stent, or maybe a side effect of another drug you are taking. Move a lot, avoid dehydration, etc.. but if you have other symptoms as fatigue, palipitations, shortness of breath, see your doctor / cardiologist, good luck
