I am 60 years old. i have done pci (3 rings) in november 2019. i am fine now. my clinical report (13 june 2021) is as follows: 1. protein creatine ratio = 7.3/mmol/l; 2. serum creatinine = 1.5 mg/dl. what to do now?

It appears that there is little deleterious effect on your kidney functions. It is not anything to be concerned except that you hydrate yourself well. If you need contrast for any imaging or procedure, it may help if you get 1-2 liters of water or as intravenous fluid, protein creatinine ratio is more than 20 mg/mmol or 0.2 mg/mg then it is considered proteinuria. Avoid nephrotocic medications.

Can you clarify the protein/creatinine ratio? Please type down exactly the units so I can provide you the correct advice (mmol/L is not correct when expressing protein/creatinine).
