72y male. serum creatinine variates from 2.4 to 3.3 and now to 1.9. proteinuria 159mg/d. normal <150. no protein in urine. does this mean ckd?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: It means Chronic Kidney Disease, those measurements shouldn't be that high. There are several reasons that could be producing this. My recommendation, go to a specialist, a nephrologist to look for the cause and try to prevent more damage is done to your kidneys.
