Drink before &during: Drink a glass of water before (decreases appetite and fills your stomach), and during your meal. It "lubricates the food, " helps you swallow, and also fills you up. Try for 2qts of water per day!

Hmmmm...: Water doesn't really interfere with digestion. If you drink a lot before eating it might interfere with your appetite, but in general you can drink water when you like.
