You need to have your medications adjusted if necessary. Other causes of resistance to medications including vascular abnormalities, endocrine disease etc need to addressed by a physician who is experienced in hypertension management. This should not be ignored. Please seek help. Good luck.

If so far, success has been elusive, and your BP remains at current levels, you should have an independent full evaluation, as you remain at risk until control is achieved. Get a second opinion, preferably at a nearby medical school. Good luck.

With such high BP 205/150s persisting, one should look for possible causes of uncontrolled malignant Hypertension like Pheochromocytoma from Adrenal Gland/ Pituitary-Adrenal Axis among other causes. One notes that such tumors tend to occur in people 20-50yrs and at 42 years that might just be. One needs a Hypertension Expert for complete workup.
