PAC's rarely have any consequences. If you do not fell them and they do not occur in a row (3 in sequence) you will have no problems

Clearly, the number of PACS recorded in 24 hours or per hour requires further studies to rule out structural heart disease, electrolyte abnormalities, effect of medications. They may occur in the absence of cardiac abnormalities that they arise arise from the pulmonary veins. When no clear cause is apparent, the decision to intervene depends is not well defined. An EP evaluation may help further
