I hve premature atrial contractions, which ik arent serious. but sometimes i have small sharp pains in my upper chest, right below collarbone. cause?

High chest wall pain: Sharp chest wall pain just below the collar bone is not related to heart. It will not be related to lung either. This area radiates to the collar bone and vascular and nerve structures underneath. Likely this discomfort is muscle/bone/periosteum related.

It sounds like: musculo-skletal pain not related to your heart , having said that any chest pain requires an investigation to make sure that it is not heart related. See your doctor some work up such as ekg, cardiac enzymes, stress test beside an exam.
