Yes: PACs are simply isolated early extra beats that originate from the upper chambers of the heart (above the bundle of his). Some make it through to the ventricle, some are blocked. When they occur consecutively causing the ventricle to contract faster then that situation is said to be PSVT. Some self terminate- some need meds or electrical cardioversion and ablation. They can be seen separately.
