Nothing much: Avoid caffeine and stimulants (decongestants, drugs, some medicines) and diminish stress. Some exercise and weight loss will help. Usually PACs are more a nuisance than dangerous (as long as the heart is normal) and that is the reason to discuss it first with your doctor
