USE WARM WATER THAN RINSE AND BRUSH YOUR TEETH WITH A SOFT BRUSH. AFTER BRUSHING USE A GUM STIMULATER AND THAN FINISH WITH MOUTHWASH. GOOD ORAL HYGIENE WILL KEEP YOUR TEETH FROM DECAY AND GUM DISEASE.
