Try something online like calm or a podcast that helps with depression. Also most states have something called *211 which is a crisis line and they can help direct you to free services.

Exercise is effective for depression. Exercise for 30 minutes in the morning. It will be something that you will have to push yourself to do, but you will feel better after the exercise. Wish you good health!
