I feel so heavy and depressed, i'm also 10 weeks pregnant, is there any treatment i can be on, i sometimes go a full day without eating in bed crying. i don't sleep enough and i'm worried i might harm my pregnancy.

Please see your Dr: Depression can be treated safely during pregnancy, and it is better to be treated for your baby's sake. You are not alone. Depression some time during pregnancy or in the postpartum period is 12-15%.

Get counseling: Depression not a good thing for pregnancy,begin with counseling many very good cognitive strategies, optimize diet,healthy fats, proteins and lots of green leafies.Regular exercise,get sun daily,if meds are needed many ok to take.Do not hesitate to get help and support.Make sure getting good prenatal-seeking health has an excellent one make sure vit D level good supplement if needed
