Reduction is a major surgery but helpful to many. Many surgeons require that you finish linear growth, verified by bone age study before offering surgery. At that point you need both the approval of the surgeon & any 3rd party insurance to get it done. Working with a bra consultant for proper fit can help some but most eventually elect to have surgery.
