I think i have balanitis, what should i do?

Clean the penile glans with saline solution (1/2 teaspoon of non-iodized salt in one cup of water) twice a day then keep the glans dry. If it's improved next day you will continue until the glans is normal. If the glans seems worse, apply antigfungal cream (OTC) twice a day after cleaning with saline solution. See your doc if not better in 3 days Genital hygiene daily to prevent recurrence.
