Not worth the risk: Balanitis is an infection of the penis. If not properly treated, it can lead to serious damage and real problems down the road. This is not something you want to try and treat yourself. Please go see your doc right away.

Here are...: What you can do at home for balanitis are: = keep up cleaning & drying foreskin and glans regularly, especially after each voiding and sex; = air-ventilate foreskin glans penis as much as possible; = timely & thinly apply otc antifungal antibacterial steroid cream. Of course, see urologist as needed.
