Glans penis inflamed: Symptoms are diverse and depends on the source of inflammation.First signs – small red erosions on the glans, redness of the foreskin, redness of the penis. Other symptoms includes a foul smelling discharge and painful foreskin and penis. See your doctor since the cause can either be infectious or non-infectious- which will require several tests to figure out.
