There are 2 common causes: - Enlarged prostate with LUTS: frequent urination, weak stream, hesitancy and the feeling of incompleteness after voiding. Urine volume is low each time, enlarged prostate by rectal exam or by ultrasound + high residual volume post void, common in men at your age. - Overactive bladder syndrome: the urge is predominant + urgency incontinence Please see your doctor.
