Hi doctors. what treatments would you recommend for extremely frequent urination at night--sometimes 5/6 times. why would i use the restroom and then have the need to go again just a couple of minutes later?

Frequency of urinationcan indicate a possible urinary tract infection, enlarged prostate gland that keeps the bladder from completely emptying. With a more thorough history and exam it is possible to make the determination of what may be causing this. Newly diagnosed diabetic X also urinate frequently throughout the day. A fasting blood sugar can answer this question.
