Today i visited my doctor and my blood pressure was 130/85 . i'm very overweight, and that's the reason i went to the dr, still have to do some blood test, but my question is, is this considered high blood pressure?, she didn't look worried about it?

Yes you should be knowledgeable and concerned. You have what today is described as Stage 1. Hypertension.
Optimal at your age is a BP of 120/80 or slightly lower depending . However, you recognize that you are overwt, and perhaps have not adopted a lifestyle of exercise (minimum of 150 minutes/week) and prevention. Other inherited risk factors, diet and the environment ... all affect your BP.
