my eyes feel swollen.. there’s no redness there not itchy i feel like i need to cry.. also the back of my head hurts i hit the side of my head yesterday getting into the car.. related? i do have seasonal allergies

Allergies: Allergies can cause watering of eyes. I don't think the head injury is related. You could try taking an antihistamine for relief. I favor a nonsedating antihistamine like claritin, especially in view of the head injury.
