Likely: It is likely you have some sinusitis possibly related to allergies or infection, sounds like you may have a possible ear infection and eustachian tube involvement which causes a sense of fullness in the ear and popping with swallowing. Sinus issues/allergies require irrigation and flonase, see CDC.gov. If fever/chills/cough its flu season, so a full history/physical will be helpful and best idea
