My upt is positive on 15 may after that i did sonography on 1 june it shows tini gestational sac after that i did sonography on 6 june but in that no sac appear it shows pcod problem but no baby symptoms why this happen?

You did not specify how long you had missed the period before pregnancy test was positive. If in both times vaginal ultrasound was done, the second time is more accurate because the gestational sac would be easier to detect. You do not have any pregnant symptoms so likely you are not or no longer pregnant. If both urine test & first ultrasound are accurate, you had a miscarriage btwn 6/1-6/5/2021
