See an fertility doc: Pcos is a common illness in which ovulation cycles become locked. There are some conditions that should be tested, like problems with the adrenal gland, and uterine health, and the problem is often easily treated with medications. Pcos probably will not get better on its own, so find an expert and seek advice.

See a doctor: If you go more than 3 months without a period you need to see an obgyn or fertility specialist, especially if you have pcod. The doctors will put you on medications to make you ovulate if your trying to get pregnant or medications to regulate your menstrual cycles if you are not trying to conceive. It's dangerous not to have regular periods as your risk of uterine cancer is increased.
