Need to control PCOS: PCOS causes ovaries to enlarge by creating extra cysts. This can effect the ability to get pregnant. Treating the PCOS will help this. One of the most important things to do is to watch the diet. PCOS is caused by insulin resistance, which means that it is difficult to process carbohydrates. A low carbohydrate diet can help. Talk to your doctor about other treatment options.
