I recently had an mri of my neck and the radiologist noted that i have 3 slightly enlarged lymph nodes in the side of my neck and recommended i see my pc and get labs drawn. can this be hodgkin lymphoma?

Possible with many other possibilities more likely. Reactive adenopathies, specifically if grouped, are by far the most common seen in practice with origin for the inflammation in the head and neck structures, sometimes as common as a tooth infection. Agree with work up through your PCP as recommended.
