The only way to know for sure if your symptoms represent a recurrence of your lymphoma is to get evaluated by your cancer doctor, which it sounds like you are doing. The enlarged lymph node(s) will be biopsied and sent to the pathologist. If it is a recurrence, treatment options will be discussed so you can select your best option. If the biopsy is negative, an alternative diagnosis will be made.

Definitely of concern for a relapse among other conditions. Best for continuity of care addressed by same team/facility/provider you had 7 years ago, biopsy definitely needed.
