Need to see doctor: A doctor should probably look at the lump on your neck. Depending on any other symptomss and how the lump looks, he or she may watch and / or treat it with antibiotics. The only way to diagnose hodgkin lymphoma for sure is to biopsy it. Tsh has to do with the thyroid gland, and has nothing to do with hodgkin's. Your doctor should further evaluate your thyroid gland.
