I had amoebic dysentry with entamoeba histolytica 1 year ago diagnosed with mild chronic non specific colitis after colonscopy 7 mnths ago started mesalazine for 1 mnth got better now after 7 months i feel some mild symptoms are coming back wht to do?

Consult the gastroenterologist again. He/she may not need to perform an other colonoscopy but may recommend another course of mesalazine which improved your intestinal inflammation before. A repeat stool culture for pathogens including parasites seems to be in order also.
