You may wish to call ahead to walk in clinics. Some may have residency requirements. You should be able to take the second dose of any vaccine (current theory is that mixing is OK); I would also consider taking a full course of Pfizer, Moderna or Johnson and Johnson if there is any question about the handling and proper temperature management of the first dose.

Consider an antibody test two weeks after the second dose. Using different COVID-19 vaccines has been studied and should have acceptable efficacy.

You don't need to consult with a Physician first, for this. You can certainly mix and match different vaccines. Usually the County Health Departments don't particularly care as much about Residency requirements and will administer the vaccine if you are interested in having it. Just in case you run into problems with scheduling yourself for the vaccine administration in other places..
