Hello, i am on methotrexate and humira and had my first covid shot on april. 24th. i had a covid antibody test done a few days ago and the results of my sars-cov-2 spike protein is 3.84u/ml. is that low?

At least you were able to mount a response although you are in the immunocompromised group. You will likely have a better response to the second dose. Your antibody will not be ideal but it should give some protection after the second dose because you are at high risk for severe Covid-19 infection if exposed. Some experts suggest to hold these medications for RA before the Covid-19 vaccination.

I agree that you have detectable levels after the COVID-19 vaccination. Your medications may reduce the level of protection. If you received only one in a series of two, please follow up.
