The severe pain in my shoulder & arm is getting better w/wearing a cervical brace at night, but now my arm tingles to my fingertips whenever i lift my arm. i still cannot fully turn my head to the left. am i getting better or worse?

?plexus issue: See your doctor and get examined. Your post suggests this is more likely to be nerves over the shoulder(brachial plexus) and not the neck. Although impossible to say whether this is improving or not, the severity and limitations should be addressed ASAP. You need a diagnosis and appropriate therapeutic intervention.
