See a neurologist: If all the symptoms in left arm and legs started the same day then it could be serious i.E possible cervical cord compression along with pinched nerve roots in the neck.

Arm numbness: The symptoms that you describe may or may not be linked. The numbness in the arm could be from sleeping in an awkward position. The heaviness (weakness?) in the legs is difficult to assess without an examination. See your medical doctor or a neurologist to evaluate your numbness and heaviness.
