Colonoscopy 2.5 years ago for ongoing dirrehea and blood in stools .piles diagnosis and milld gastritis . 6 weeks flair of symptoms , mushy stools daily with mucus , stomach bug type pains . inflammation stool 198- could it be cancer? repeat scope?

Impossible for this or any distant forum to answer, although it doesn't sound like cancer. Discuss with your doctors, preferably including a gastroenterologist (such as the one who did your colonoscopy); or ask your GP for referral. Good luck.
