Just noticed that when i blow my right cheek up with air, i hear a squeaking/swoosh side below my right ear, along the upper jawline. i try to replicate this with my left side, and cannot.can only make this noise sitting down so far. . ear wax? fluid?

You could be hearing wax move or the ear drum clicking. Some wax is more likely since you don't hear a similar sound on the left side.

possible, could also be small hole in eardrum.... if worsening synptoms seek medical attention
