Tmj?: Temporal mandibular joint syndrome can cause many symptoms, including, but not limited to the ones you mentioned. The cause and treatment can be very involved. Therefore i suggest that you see a dentist for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan.I.

Many possibilities: There are many possibilities including sinus issues, TMJ dysfuction, an infection from a broken down tooth. Cannot tell without an exam with radiographs. See a local dentist to rule out any dental issues, then see your physician.
