I punched a door (heat of the moment angry outburst) and now the top of my pinky between the first 2 knuckles hurts really bad when i barely press on it but i can still make a fist and move all my fingers, should i see a doctor or is it just bruised?

If the skin develops a purple stain you likely have at least a bone chipped or cracked. An x-ray would be what I would likely get to be sure. The choice is yours. It wouldn't have to be done urgently.

Possible fracture, bone bruise, injury to sagital bands or extensor tendon mechanism. Just because you can move the finger it does not rule out significant injury if pain persists seek out a hand surgeon for evaluation.
