I ran a screw into palm of hand going towards pointer finger knuckle. is there anything i can do at home or do i need to go see a doctor everything moves just very tender bleeding stopped after i applied pressure?

Foreign body: If the foreign body is removed, the wound should be flushed copiously (quarts of water) and cleaned with soap. You may wish to check with your doctor to see if a tetanus shot is needed.
