As long as you can breath through both nostril you are probably OK. If you are concern you can get an x-ray to see if it is out of alignment. Follow up with your ENT as needed.

Agree as above.,you can also take a selfie and compare from before. If it looks apparently straight, then it is straight for all practical purposes. No one else will spend time just focusing on your nose. I am sure you look beautiful. Hope it helps.
