I started having pain on the inside of my nasal cavity. hurts when i touch the area from the outside of my nose. no bleeding, obvious sores or bump.

Most likely staph: It is most likely a staph infection of the hair follicles inside your nose. You can get some Bacitracin ointment over-the-counter and rub it inside your nostril a few times a day over the next few days and it should get better. If not you should see an ENT doctor for a more complete evaluation.
