If you are a high myope ( wearing thick lenses for distance) then seeing floaters and “something moving “ is significant for a Vitreous detachment You need to see an Ophthalmologist.

Seeing cells could be the blue field entoptic phenomenon, but a vitritis or vitreous separation/retinal detachment must be excluded with a dilated exam. The sudden head and neck pain is worrisome for autoimmune vasculitis, so have laboratory testing ASAP, since this can threaten vision with vascular occlusions. The burning eyes is probably dry eye syndrome, so try artificial tears. Rule out Lyme .
