I hit my head while having a seizure earlier..i'm in severe pain in eyes, in my neck, i cant think, i'm burning n throbbing behind my eyes abs neck.. what so i dip?

Doesn't sound good: People with new onset severe pain and the inability to think... are generally checked out in an ER. Of course, a person in such shape is in no condition to safely drive, so that means calling 911 or the local emergency services number for help getting to the local ER. The ER will look for the cause of the pain and other symptoms. New seizures (not a known epileptic person) may need evaluation.
