A member asked:

Have i.i.h. upper spine/back of head/neck feel burning/pain. sharp pains on head/in ears. eyes burn/stab. pain. face by eyes burns. just a migraine?..

Feels familiar?: Hi Elle, What you describe is not specific enough to say whether this is IIH or migraine. As a headache specialist, I see many patients with IIH who continue to have headaches despite optimal management of intracranial pressure with acetazolamide. See your neurologist if the headaches you have now are worse in the morning, associated with double/blurry vision or ringing in the ears. Feel better
