Psychiatrist: Hopefully he is seeing an experienced pediatric psychiatrist. If not please do this asap. May need very long term therapy. This requires a sensitive and communicative therapist who can bond with your son and establish a long-standing relationship. Do not start this if it will be interrupted suddenly. Good luck. Hope the little guy feels better soon.

Ddavp used long term really have not much effect. It is a hormone secreted naturally by kidneys to concentrate urine.
