Psychiatrist: Hopefully he is seeing an experienced pediatric psychiatrist. If not please do this asap. May need very long term therapy. This requires a sensitive and communicative therapist who can bond with your son and establish a long-standing relationship. Do not start this if it will be interrupted suddenly. Good luck. Hope the little guy feels better soon.

Nocturnal enuresis: Sounds like enuresis is nocturnal only. Is he a dysfunctional voider? Is he constipated? You should consult with a pediatric urologist. Somtimes anti-cholinergic agents help. Ddavp used long term really have not much effect. It is a hormone secreted naturally by kidneys to concentrate urine.
