I had a cbc done to check a bump i have in my neck, my dr stated there were no significant abnormalities is this good??

Yes the result of CBC as stated with no significant abnormalities is good for your overall health. However a bump in the neck need be correctly examined diagnosed as there are many causes; dome benign and some not so benign; some not do benign may not necessarily cause any abnormalities in CBC Physical examination and doctor’s judgement whether to do additional tests such as biopsy is needed.

An ultrasound or biopsy of the bump may be the next step. It could be a swollen lymph node or one of any number of common findings such as a cyst or boil. Speak with your doctor about the next step

I've had a lump feeling in thirst for 8 months now went to ent / pulm check up said nothing in throat..read about globus? If no tumor can it still Bc cancer? Bp & oxygen tests been good..would cancer advanced show #s different in cbc or panel blood
