Teenagers should eat a healthy diet and exercise instead of taking supplements.Increasing the intake of protein and the weight lifted should do the trick.Creatine is not tested in kids, it dehydrates, and is not good for the kidney. Many of them have caffeine and stimulants. Whey tends to worsen acne, low fat milk too. Bottom line:meals with all vitamins&nutrients+exercise is the only safe option

While it is enticing to think that a powder, a drink or a pill would improve your strength, it is more healthy to have a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and lean protein. Be sure to have a calcium source - milk, yogurt, cheeses. And work on increasing your strength slowly. There are no safe shortcuts.
