A member asked:

Is there a good supplement for my 11 (turning 12 in march) year old daughter to take, to help navigate her as she is in puberty? to help with mood swings, general health etc? is ds24 a good option?

Doubt need: Unless you feel the kid has poor dietary habits I am not convinced any of these dietary supplements/vitamins offer anything of value to a pre-teen. What can be said is they pose no risk & might help assure that a vitamin is provided that might be overlooked otherwise. Food intake & the sleep requirement often increases in this period. Exercise is also of great value.
