Doubt need: Unless you feel the kid has poor dietary habits I am not convinced any of these dietary supplements/vitamins offer anything of value to a pre-teen. What can be said is they pose no risk & might help assure that a vitamin is provided that might be overlooked otherwise. Food intake & the sleep requirement often increases in this period. Exercise is also of great value.
