Any cough lasting longer than 2 weeks warrants an evaluation. You should see a doctor, preferably a lung doctor, as pulmonologist. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Wish you good health!

It's possible you may have a bacterial infection. You should see your doctor and see if a course of antibiotics would be appropriate.

After this prolonged period of coughing up discolored sputum and feeling quite fatigued, it is likely that you have a bacterial bronchitis and a course of an appropriate antibiotic is indicated. See your physician or a pulmonologist for evaluation and treatment. A chest x-ray and a sputum culture may be advised as part of the evaluation.
