Mgt: I would suggest a chest radiograph ( Chest X Ray) and pulmonary function testing as indicated. You may have a chronic infection related to bronchiectasis for example. A sample of the mucus can be sent for cultures. In addition, please check your TB test at that time. Please be seen soon by your physician.
