What does it mean when i had a uri about five ago. i had a really wet cough that started to go away but now coming back. i am fatigued, have a bit of tightness in chest, and a lot of mucus production in throat?

Any cough lasting longer than 2 weeks needs to be evaluated, preferably by a pulmonologist. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. Wish you good health!
